Crocheted Scarves and Seasons Greetings

Crocheted Scarves

Seasons Greetings from our home to yours

Like everyone else I have been busy with making gifts and baking for that very special day Christmas the day our Savior was born.
Our day will be very simple worship, gift exchange and dinner.  This year a few family member will not be able to come home as they were here for Thanksgiving and for that I am very Thankful.
Now to share the Crocheted Scarves I designed for gifts to my family.  They were Crocheted using a  size G hook, a blend of wool and a man made fiber yarn from Lions Brand, each scarf measure 62 inches long and about 12 to 14 inches wide.  Will admit the design came by accident as I was watching TV and crocheting along not paying much attention as I was thinking I was doing the basic double crochet stitch.  Hmmmm surprise, surprise when I looked down at what I was doing,  The photo shows you what the finished project ended up as.
However, and  needless to say I ripped the mixed up stitch out and started all over to make the design a all over double crochet and going through the back loops.  Well enough of how the design came about and sure many advanced crocheters have made this design.  To me it looks a little like it was knitted,
Thats about it for now and hope this find all of you enjoying the season as we do at our home.
Wishing everyone A very
Merry Christmas and A Blessed New Year.
God Bless you.  Hugs, LenZie
