HOOKED WOOL PIN KEEPER HEART

Hello Dear Friends and Neighbors,

I created this sweet little hooked wool, pin keeper heart, it measure about 7" by 5" using one of my own original pattern designs. Cotton monks cloth was used for the backing, wool stripes cut 1/4 inche wide ( no.8 cutter), the wool was hand dyed using Rite dyes, lightly pressed using a wool setting and steam, The heart is filled with wool scraps and lightly scented with cinnamon and clove, a small vintage lace piece and heart were added as an accent.
This is a very easy design and it hooks up fast.  Hope you enjoy this sweetheart project and that it inspired you to make one too.

CHECK OUT THE NEW CRAFT SECTION in the right coloum.

Have a Magical Day, LenZie

Beautiful piece. I need to hook more small things, usually I do them in punch needle.
