ALL ON A HALLOWEEN NIGHT

Hello There, It is a little early for my monthly posting but I thought it was time to get in the swing of the Fall Halloween Season that is just around the corner. Here is a punch needle wall hanging. i think I have migrated towards wall hangings so it seems. Our Halloween punch needle wall hanging measure about 18 inches by 30 inches and has a special two inch pocket created from the seam allowance. All On A Halloween Night is a punch needle project using a size nine Oxford punch needle for rugs, Wool rug yarn was used thought out the entire design except the outline of the witches hair. A small yarn was used for crewel embroidery, using a single strand, and punching every hole in the monks' cloth backing.

The bright fall colors for this Halloween wall hanging really makes a unique creation. I had a lot of fun creating this original design and I am working on a pattern that will soon be available. More exciting ideas are coming your way.
